Beau
President
Beau was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and raised in Boyne City, Michigan. He attended Spring Arbor University where he majored in math and chemistry. He taught high school math for four years before moving to Arizona to pursue a career in sales. He was able to help five expansion teams over the past seven years with the last one being in Los Angeles.
Beau opened IGM in 2020 and moved to Kentucky with his wife and 4 children to be closer to family. His passion is to use his background in education and business to mentor and develop the IGM team. He is driven to help his team and clients expand into new markets across the US.
Outside of work, Beau enjoys traveling and playing corn hole or spike ball, and hosting barbecues and events.
Caroline
Talent Acquisition and Operations
Caroline was born and raised right here in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. After graduation, she gained experience in the sales and marketing industry with a start-up based in Los Angeles.
After spending several years on the West Coast, Caroline, her husband, and their four children moved back to Louisville to be closer to family. Using her previous experience in the industry, Caroline took on recruiting and human resources responsibilities for Integrity Growth Management. She loves helping people reach their goals and is excited about the growth and expansion of the organization.
Lucas
Senior Account Executive
Born and raised in Chicago, Lucas studied Business Administration and Accounting at Oakton Community College and Erskine College. Prior to joining the IGM team, he served as a baseball coach, which made him a great fit for the competitive, performance-driven IGM team.
Currently, Lucas is focused on both personal and professional growth. He is excited about growing with the firm and helping others along the way.
Outside of work, you can find him watching sports, and hanging out with his dog.
Zach
Senior Account Executive
Zach Schweinsberg is from Louisville, Kentucky with strong ties to Pittsburgh. He graduated from Eastern High School and found a home at IGM. What brought Zach here was a fun and winning culture in which he saw growth and opportunity.
He’s excited to see IGM grow and expand. His goal for the future is to help lead market expansion to Nashville in the next year or so.
Outside of work, Zach loves to hang out with friends, and you can count on him to watch every Steeler game.
Rian
Junior Account Executive
Born and raised in Campbellsburg, Indiana, Rian’s journey began with a strong foundation in education and sports. After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Southern Indiana, where she earned a degree in Marketing and Sales. Following her college graduation, Rian channeled her competitive spirit into coaching girls’ basketball, where she honed her leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Rian’s drive for success led her to IGM, where she found the perfect environment to grow both professionally and personally. She is eager to contribute to the company’s success while continuing to develop her career.
Outside of work, Rian enjoys spending time with her family and anything sports-related.
Ally
Senior Account Executive
Born and raised in Louisville, Ally studied Health Sciences at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. She received her Bachelor’s degree in May of 2024. Following her college graduation, Ally interned in Maui over the summer, where she gained sales experience and new cultural exposure.
After moving back to Louisville, Ally found a home at IGM, where she has been able to strengthen her professional and interpersonal skills. She has thoroughly enjoyed the culture and support she has received within the company thus far and cannot wait to see what her future holds.
Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her family, hanging out with friends, playing pickleball, and going to the lake.
Syd
Junior Account Executive
Syd is originally from New Albany, Indiana, and spent much of his life throughout the Kentuckiana area. Before joining IGM, he studied psychology at the University of Louisville and went on to work in behavioral psychology for nearly a decade.
Ready for a new challenge and eager to develop new skills, Syd made the transition into sales and joined the IGM team. He’s excited about the opportunity to connect with others in the local community and continue growing professionally. One of his long-term goals is to advance within the company and gain opportunities to travel.
Outside of work, Syd enjoys live music and attending local events with friends and family.
