Beau
President
Beau was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and raised in Boyne City, Michigan. He attended Spring Arbor University where he majored in math and chemistry. He taught high school math for four years before moving to Arizona to pursue a career in sales. He was able to help five expansion teams over the past seven years with the last one being in Los Angeles.
Beau opened IGM in 2020 and moved to Kentucky with his wife and 4 children to be closer to family. His passion is to use his background in education and business to mentor and develop the IGM team. He is driven to help his team and clients expand into new markets across the US.
Outside of work, Beau enjoys traveling and playing corn hole or spike ball, and hosting barbecues and events.
Caroline
Talent Acquisition and Operations
Caroline was born and raised right here in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. After graduation, she gained experience in the sales and marketing industry with a start-up based in Los Angeles.
After spending several years on the West Coast, Caroline, her husband, and their four children moved back to Louisville to be closer to family. Using her previous experience in the industry, Caroline took on recruiting and human resources responsibilities for Integrity Growth Management. She loves helping people reach their goals and is excited about the growth and expansion of the organization.
Rian
Assistant Manager
Born and raised in Campbellsburg, Indiana, Rian’s journey began with a strong foundation in education and sports. After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Southern Indiana, where she earned a degree in Marketing and Sales. Following her college graduation, Rian channeled her competitive spirit into coaching girls’ basketball, where she honed her leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Rian’s drive for success led her to IGM, where she found the perfect environment to grow both professionally and personally. She is eager to contribute to the company’s success while continuing to develop her career.
Outside of work, Rian enjoys spending time with her family and anything sports-related.
Isabella
Senior Account Executive
Isabella, originally from New Albany, Indiana, joined IGM to pursue personal growth and gain hands-on experience in the sales industry. She is excited about the professional opportunities ahead and looks forward to seeing how her journey at IGM will shape her future path.
Isabella is passionate about holistic health and has long-term goals of starting her own wellness company focused on natural medicine and research. Outside of work, she enjoys both playing and coaching volleyball, staying active and engaged in her local community.
Tommy
Junior Account Executive
Tommy was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He studied Visual Arts at DuPont Manual High School before attending the University of Louisville, where he earned both a degree in Criminal Justice and a law degree. During his undergraduate years, he tutored high school students in math, science, and history through the TRIO Upward Bound program. He also served as a sports official for the university’s intramural leagues, officiating games in basketball, flag football, indoor soccer, volleyball, and handball.
Driven by a long-standing goal to become his own boss, Tommy joined IGM to pursue new opportunities for growth and leadership. He’s excited to see how far he can go and how much he can achieve along the way.
Outside of work, Tommy enjoys playing basketball and collecting new dad jokes.
Austin
Junior Account Executive
Austin is from Pikeville, Kentucky, and grew up in Richmond, Kentucky. He joined Integrity Growth Management to explore an opportunity in sales and quickly found a passion for personal and professional development. What excites him most about his work at IGM is the consistent growth he experiences every day.
Now in a leadership role, Austin’s goal is to help lead market expansion efforts for clients while continuing to support other professionals in their own growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys writing and producing music and spending time with friends and family.
Brandon
Junior Account Executive
Brandon was born in Louisville, Kentucky, and grew up in Jeffersonville, Indiana. As a former student-athlete, he developed a strong appreciation for competition, discipline, and being part of a team working toward shared goals—values that drew him to IGM. He joined the firm to continue challenging himself, pursue personal growth, and work toward his long-term goal of owning his own business.
Brandon has a strong passion for fitness and aspires to open his own personal training business. He is motivated by opportunities that push him to improve, compete at a high level, and grow both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.
