Beau
President
Beau was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and raised in Boyne City, Michigan. He attended Spring Arbor University where he majored in math and chemistry. He taught high school math for four years before moving to Arizona to pursue a career in sales. He was able to help five expansion teams over the past seven years with the last one being in Los Angeles.
Beau opened IGM in 2020 and moved to Kentucky with his wife and 4 children to be closer to family. His passion is to use his background in education and business to mentor and develop the IGM team. He is driven to help his team and clients expand into new markets across the US.
Outside of work, Beau enjoys traveling and playing corn hole or spike ball, and hosting barbecues and events.
Caroline
Talent Acquisition and Operations
Caroline was born and raised right here in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. After graduation, she gained experience in the sales and marketing industry with a start-up based in Los Angeles.
After spending several years on the West Coast, Caroline, her husband, and their four children moved back to Louisville to be closer to family. Using her previous experience in the industry, Caroline took on recruiting and human resources responsibilities for Integrity Growth Management. She loves helping people reach their goals and is excited about the growth and expansion of the organization.
Brandon
Junior Account Executive
Brandon was born in Louisville, Kentucky, and grew up in Jeffersonville, Indiana. As a former student-athlete, he developed a strong appreciation for competition, discipline, and being part of a team working toward shared goals—values that drew him to IGM. He joined the firm to continue challenging himself, pursue personal growth, and work toward his long-term goal of owning his own business.
Brandon has a strong passion for fitness and aspires to open his own personal training business. He is motivated by opportunities that push him to improve, compete at a high level, and grow both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.
Tommy
Junior Account Executive
Tommy was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He studied Visual Arts at DuPont Manual High School before attending the University of Louisville, where he earned both a degree in Criminal Justice and a law degree. During his undergraduate years, he tutored high school students in math, science, and history through the TRIO Upward Bound program. He also served as a sports official for the university’s intramural leagues, officiating games in basketball, flag football, indoor soccer, volleyball, and handball.
Driven by a long-standing goal to become his own boss, Tommy joined IGM to pursue new opportunities for growth and leadership. He’s excited to see how far he can go and how much he can achieve along the way.
Outside of work, Tommy enjoys playing basketball and collecting new dad jokes.
Arina
Junior Account Executive
Arina is originally from Russia and grew up in Salem, Indiana. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Southern Indiana in just three years, showcasing her drive, discipline, and determination to challenge herself.
Arina joined IGM because of the opportunity to grow as a leader, develop valuable business skills, and learn from an environment focused on leadership development. She is especially excited about building and developing a team of future business leaders while continuing to grow personally and professionally. Her long-term goal is to gain the experience and knowledge needed to successfully run a business of her own.
Outside of work, Arina enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. She also loves trying new restaurants and making the most of new experiences wherever she goes.
Chelsey
Junior Account Executive
Chelsey is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, where she grew up with a strong appreciation for hard work, personal growth, and staying active. She has experience in sales and customer service and has continued to pursue education in personal training and nutrition.
Chelsey was drawn to IGM because of the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while being surrounded by motivated people. She is excited to learn new skills, build relationships, and challenge herself outside of her comfort zone.
Her future goals include building a successful career, continuing her education, and becoming the best version of herself.
Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys running, weightlifting, playing sports, spending time outdoors, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
