Beau
Beau was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and raised in Boyne City, Michigan. He attended Spring Arbor University where he majored in math and chemistry. He taught high school math for four years before moving to Arizona to pursue a career in sales. He was able to help five expansion teams over the past seven years with the last one being in Los Angeles.
Beau opened IGM in 2020 and moved to Kentucky with his wife and 4 children to be closer to family. His passion is to use his background in education and business to mentor and develop the IGM team. He is driven to help his team and clients expand into new markets across the US.
Outside of work, Beau enjoys traveling and playing corn hole or spike ball, and hosting barbecues and events.
Ana
Ana was born in Iowa and raised in Wisconsin and Texas. She attended Angelo State University where she studied Business Management.
When Ana joined IGM she was just out of college and looking for a way to challenge herself professionally. It was also the culture at IGM that attracted her to the company. She is currently working on increasing her skillsets so that she can become more successful in her business life.
When she isn’t in the office, she loves to bake and spend time with her niece and nephew.
Danielle
Danielle was born and raised in Henderson, New York. She attended Monroe Community College and SUNY Potsdam where she studied Business Administration. She played four years of college lacrosse where her team won two national championships.
When Danielle joined IGM she was looking for a new way to challenge herself both professionally and personally and found that the culture at IGM was the perfect fit. She is currently working on growing her professional skill sets in order to help with market expansion.
When she isn’t in the office, she loves to go hiking with her German Shepherd and hang out with her cats.
Cade
Cade hails from the serene landscapes of Milton, Kentucky, where he was born and raised on a tobacco farm. His academic journey led him to the University of Louisville, where he pursued a degree in Nursing, fostering a foundation of compassion and care. However, it was the world of sales that truly ignited his professional journey, where he spent five years honing his skills and expanding his horizons.
Cade’s unwavering passion for sales, combined with his natural gift for connecting with people, seamlessly integrated him into the dynamic environment of IGM. He finds great joy in the firm’s vibrant culture and collaborative spirit, always eager to embrace challenges and opportunities for professional growth. Beyond the world of business, Cade leads an active life filled with sports, music, fitness, outdoor adventures like hiking and fishing, and a continuous pursuit of knowledge, including the Spanish language.
Caroline
Caroline was born and raised right here in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. After graduation, she gained experience in the sales and marketing industry with a start-up based in Los Angeles.
After spending several years on the West Coast, Caroline, her husband, and their four children moved back to Louisville to be closer to family. Using her previous experience in the industry, Caroline took on recruiting and human resources responsibilities for Integrity Growth Management. She loves helping people reach their goals and is excited about the growth and expansion of the organization.
Lucas
Born and raised in Chicago, Lucas studied Business Administration and Accounting at Oakton Community College and Erskine College. Prior to joining the IGM team, he served as a baseball coach, which made him a great fit for the competitive, performance-driven IGM team.
Currently, Lucas is focused on both personal and professional growth. He is excited about growing with the firm and helping others along the way.
Outside of work, you can find him watching sports, and hanging out with his dog.
Ella
Ella is from Jacksonville, Florida. She attended the University of Kentucky, where she was a D1 athlete in gymnastics and was a part of the first team in program history to make nationals her freshman year. Ella studied health communications with a minor in coaching.
What brought her to IGM was the competitive environment, and passion to grow personally and professionally. She is excited to grow her network and help others along the way.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and cat.
